Drinking tea has been a habit of people since ancient times, but not everyone knows the correct way to drink tea. It is rare to present the complete operation process of the tea ceremony. The tea ceremony is a spiritual treasure left by our ancestors, and the operation process is as follows：

1. Firstly, all tea utensils are rinsed with boiling water once for hygiene and cleanliness. At the same time, the tea utensils are preheated to make the tea taste more fragrant. Pour the boiling water into the teapot, justice cup, aroma smelling cup, and tea tasting cup.
2. Pour the boiling water into the purple clay pot, let the water touch the tea properly, and then pour it out quickly. The purpose is to remove the unclean substances on the surface of tea leaves, and also to filter out the unfinished tea leaves.
3. Pour the boiling water into the pot again, and during the pouring process, the spout “nods” three times. Do not fill the pot all at once.
4. The water should be higher than the spout of clay tea pot. Use the lid to brush off the tea leaves and remove the floating tea leaves. This is to drink only the tea and not let the floating tea leaves fall into the mouth.
